I have done this before with the first adapter and then followed some tutorial and successfully got it back, but this time I have no idea what I did last time and how to fix it.

Ever since I did this, some of my games have been having screen tearing and sometimes youtube videos start getting stuck on one picture while the sound is playing, resulting in me having to restart my computer to fix it. How could I get back the second display adapter? Also I already tried system restoring but I have no restore points before the accident.
